General reference: Exact conversions can vary slightly by brand and model, often by around half a size. When the shoe or product listing provides an EU size, use the EU size as the primary reference.

How to Measure Your Foot

1. Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor with one edge against a wall.
2. Wear the type of socks you plan to use with the shoes.
3. Stand on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall.
4. Mark the end of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.
5. Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.

Fit Tips

• Measure later in the day, when feet are usually slightly larger.
• For running and hiking shoes, leave comfortable room in front of your longest toe.
• If you are between two sizes, the larger size is usually the safer choice unless the product notes say the model runs large.
• Fit can vary by brand, model and foot shape.
